Today the weather worked for us. I met Bill and Debbie at their home in Montreux for an engagement portrait session. They were super mellow and relaxed and wanted to use the time not so much for engagement photos, but to get some nice family portraits done as well. We started at Bill’s mother’s house nearby with the family. She has a great backyard where we found lots of spots in the yellow flower garden to take portraits. After that, we roamed the golf course for a while looking for interesting spots. The sky was full of menacing clouds and tiny dribbles of rain fell occasionally. Despite the weather, we pushed on, and were rewarded with a spectacular sky and a giant rainbow right as we were finishing the shoot.
