We photographed Rachel and Bruce’s wedding at a private estate on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe in mid July. This wedding was the second of 4 Covid rescheduled weddings we still have this year! The couple had their legal marriage in the fall of 2020 with close family, but they finally got to have their big wedding day with many, many more family and friends in attendance. They have an adorable one year old and another is on the way.

While they really just wanted to relax and enjoy the day, we convinced them to head out to the pier for sunset since it was lighting up the sky and mountains with that beautiful alpenglow. We ended the day with a bang, lol, literally, when there was a fireworks show to end the reception.

Wedding events like this at a private estate are no small feat with so many logistics to plan and execute …thanks to Lindsay, owner of Cloud Nine Events, the day was a seamless event.
