Our new Priscilla Foster Handmade album just arrived and we can’t wait to show it off to our clients! The album is 10×10 in size, and has a beautiful gray linen cover. The presentation of a Priscilla Foster album reflects the boutique quality and design. We decided to use a fall wedding to show off the bright yellows of the leaves, and to show our clients how amazing a wedding in the rain can be! Just a bit more about the couple, AJ and Kim: They were totally prepared for the rainy weather and arrived to Squaw Valley from New York with rain boots, umbrellas and shalls. They really wanted to get outside for their portraits no matter what, and the rain and wind came and went through out their pre ceremony portrait session. Right as we were about finishing up in the meadow, a downpour started and never stopped for the rest of the day. Their ceremony was moved inside, but still had a nice view out the tall glass windows of the surrounding mountains. At one point during the reception, we brought them outside to get a few more night time shots with the rain falling hard all around them. And then their guests even ventured out for a bit of dancing in the rain too. Our cameras were pretty soaked after the last outing in the rain, but we had plenty of towels waiting for us to dry them off and continue on. The weather in Tahoe can definitely create challenges, but we love it, and it becomes an unforgettable experince and part of the wedding day story for the couple!
