Lauren and Matt’s wedding at the Olympic Village Event Center at Palisades Tahoe was so much fun to document. I did the still photography, while Scott did their Tahoe wedding film. There were so many memorable moments, especially their gender reveal! Scroll down to see if it is a boy or a girl!
They did a traditional Samoan money dance called the Taualuga, where Lauren was showered with money while she and her mother performed a beautiful rhythmic dance, similar to hula. They had a large wedding party who also did some energetic dancing as they were announced in to the reception.
Their sweet dogs were part of their ceremony, and capturing them getting their tux and flower wreath on during the getting ready time was fun. Scott’s video camera even got a doggo kiss, which he included in the video! ( Follow the link above to see the highlight reel.)
