A fire fighter and a nurse meet, fall in love and get married, what a match! From their Emerald Bay engagement session, to their wedding day at Palisades Tahoe, Sami and Kyle were so genuine and fun to work with. It had rained all night the night before their wedding, and for a while, it looked like their wedding ceremony would have to move indoors. But as the day went on, even though there were high clouds still hovering, the rain did not return, the grass dried out and the 40 mph winds did not appear as predicted. So we stuck to the plan for an outdoor first look in the meadow, and the outdoor ceremony at the Olympic Village Event Center.

Sami and Kyle also privately exchanged vows in the meadow before the portrait session with their families and wedding party.

For their grand entrance the wedding party did a choreographed dance wearing firefighter and nurses hats. After the heart felt speeches, the dance floor was packed and the hora had Sami and Kyle bouncing high above the dance floor.
